- 订金与预约 Booking & Deposit
所有预订需支付50%订金以保留档期，订金一经支付恕不退还。
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
- 尾款支付 Final Payment
尾款需于婚礼主持结束后2天内完成付款。
The remaining balance must be settled within 2 days after the event.
- 服务时段限制 Service Duration
本配套适用于婚宴午宴或晚宴主持，标准服务时间为最多5小时，实际时间依照新人流程安排调整。
This package covers wedding lunch or dinner hosting, with a standard duration of up to 5 hours. Actual timing is subject to the couple’s event schedule.
- 超时服务费用 Overtime Charges
如主持时间超过原定服务时段，将视情况收取额外费用。
Additional charges may apply if hosting exceeds the agreed service duration.
- 主持人安排 Emcee Assignment
由 Emcee Jniee、Emcee Purple 或指定的 My Hero Wedding 团队成员主持，视档期安排而定。
The hosting will be conducted by Emcee Jniee, Emcee Purple, or an assigned My Hero Wedding team member, subject to availability.
- 更改权利 Right to Amend
My Hero Wedding 保留更改服务内容及条款的权利，恕不另行通知。
My Hero Wedding reserves the right to amend service details and terms without prior notice.
- 外地服务附加费 Outstation Charges
若婚礼地点位于外州或需长途通勤，可能将收取最多 RM400 的额外费用（包含交通与住宿安排）。
For outstation events, additional charges up to RM400 may apply, covering travel and accommodation.
