Additional Information:

• Special perfume packaging is available upon request, with an extra fee provided on a quote basis.
• Any imported perfumery ingredients not included in this package will have an additional fee based on the specific ingredient's price range.
• This package is suitable for private events with a minimum of 300 participants. Pricing for groups with fewer than 300 or more than 300 participants will be provided on a quote basis.
• For reservations and to obtain a quote for a special private event, customers are instructed to contact your organization.

Perfume Bar (for all types of events):

We offer the option of a Perfume Bar at your event venue, allowing your guests to redeem their door gifts. Our staff will be present at your venue to assist your guests for 2 hours before your event begins. The available perfume sizes include 5ml, 10ml, 30ml, and custom-made perfumery is also an option. Payment Terms:

• 60% payment is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made before the event, with a 2-month period allowed for the full payment to be completed.

Cancellation Policy:

• The booking is non-refundable.
• However, you have the option to transfer your package to another person who wishes to have it.

Rescheduling/Cancellation by Participants:

• If you need to cancel or postpone your package delivery, you must do so at least 2 months in advance of the actual date.
• You have the option to reset the appointment date and the delivery date.

Additional Information:

• The transportation delivery cost for outstation events starts at RM450* per return trip, with the actual fee depending on the distance from Kuala Lumpur. This cost will be charged separately from the package.

• For outstation events, the event venue will be set up based on the rate of the hotel seminar room or event maison. The venue rental fee will also be charged separately from the package.
