EIGHT UNIQUE HERITAGE HOUSES 

Gather your wedding guests with the resort's eight fully restored heritage houses, each between 80 to 120 years old. With their varying layouts, they are perfect to accommodate wedding parties and family members of different groups and sizes. Each comes fitted with modern amenities to meet all of today's travellers' needs. 

>> The Negeri Sembilan House makes ideal bridal suites for the bride and groom with bigger outlines of a romantic room for two.

>> Larger houses like the Plantation House with six suites, Colonial House with four suites and Straits House with four suites can comfortable sleep multi-generational families flying in for the occasion. 

>> Other multi-room suites including Penang House and Estate House will meet the requirements of couples and single guests, featuring styles as different as the cultures they represent, including Malay, Chinese, Indian, Peranakan and Euro-Asian. 

>> The Johor House stands central in front of the resort's main pool that can double as the wedding isle for the one-of-a-kind photographs of the grand occasion. 

CUISINE & FACILITIES 

All receptions, dinners and parties will be taken care of by Temple Tree Resort Langkawi's team of culinary and service experts.  For both wedding packages below upon the time of booking, confirm your dinner with the Resort for minimum 60 guests and get a 10% discount on the food menu. Minimum spend per guest to be Malaysian Ringgit 200 or more (excluding service charge)

Exclusively:

Book the entire resort including Paloh restaurant & Bar exclusively, starting from MYR32,800.00 per night (minimum 2 nights) 

• 10% off when book and pay 50% non-refundable deposit, with minimum 2- night’s stay
• 15% off when book and pay in full, non-refundable deposit, with minimum 2- night’s stay
• Complimentary free flow of 1 hour sunset cocktail party, with selected house wine, prosecco, beer, soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages, 3 types of pass around canape up to 65 guests, (additional guests at RM150+ per hour and if like to extend, at RM 138+ per guest per hour)

Please Note:

• Price is for accommodation in 21 suites (65 guests in total) which comes with daily breakfast.
• Rates quoted exclude additional Food and Beverage. This will be arranged separately customized to your desired choice of cuisine. 
• These wedding promotions are not valid on EVE of PH, PH and resort blackout dates and those dates are subject to additional charge.

Booking Fee:

• A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total package price is required to secure the wedding date.
• This fee is due upon signing the contract and serves as a reservation deposit.

Midpoint Payment:

• 40% of the total package price is due 1 month prior to the wedding date.
• This payment ensures continued commitment from both parties and covers initial planning expenses.

Final Payment:

• The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the wedding date.

Payment Methods:

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
• All payments are made in Malaysian Ringgit.

Cancellation Policy:

• In the event of cancellation 3 months before the wedding, 50% of the total package price will be charged.
• Cancellation within 1 month of the wedding will result in 100% of the total package price being charged.

Refunds:

• No refunds will be issued for services unused due to client cancellations or reductions in guest count.

Force Majeure:

• In the case of events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), both parties will work together to reschedule the event, and payments made will be applied to the rescheduled date.

Termination:

• Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches the terms of the contract. In such cases, the relevant cancellation fees will apply.

Upon receiving of a signed copy of this agreement and the deposit, Temple Tree Resort, Langkawi will hold the block of guest rooms noted above with the room review policy as per following details.
