All deposits and/or payments paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. A detailed proforma invoice indicating the event cost breakdown will be forwarded upon the confirmation of this event.

Upon Confirmation              :  20% of the total anticipated cost

45 days prior to event         :  60% of the total anticipated cost

14 days prior to event         :  Full amount of the total anticipated cost
